We are a multidisciplinary independent architectural practice with a creative approach to bespoke projects. We specialise in state-of-the-art contemporary new builds as well as rescuing period houses and bringing them to their original state.

EFDW was established in 2010 by Emanuele Falsanisi, RIBA DipArch/ MArch with the intention to pursue and undertake any project that requires a space to be shaped, whether that space is a building, interior, or a furniture. Emanuele has worked in London on residential and public buildings (grade I and II) for institutional clients and home owners.

EFDW provides an integrated architectural service, comprising a bespoke design tailored on Clients’ requirements; you will be advised over the following points:
• the appearance of the new building
• the most suitable space arrangements to meet your needs
• planning application or any building permissions required, including specific local constraints, conservation areas, residual rights
• the appearance of the new building
• how to find a builder, and obtain cost-effective quotations
• a realistic timescale of the building works, how would the phases break down and the cost schedule of the project
• the Party Wall matter for your project, how does the process work must be handled and the costs entailed
• a list of things to do in an appropriate sequence from the start to the completion of the project
• a preliminary estimate of the costs
