Situated in the vibrant office district between King’s Cross, Farringdon, and Holborn, this former office building had been vacant for over a decade, falling into a state of disrepair. However, this project aimed to revitalize the structure through a comprehensive renovation, unlocking its significant potential.
We have been tasked with transforming the building from an office space into a contemporary boutique hotel. Our client’s business plan stipulates a minimum of 43 rooms to ensure a swift return on investment.
we integrated an automated system that connects to all rooms, enabling energy-efficient management by switching off systems when rooms are unoccupied. Sound testing had to be conducted twice to meet standards: to enhance soundproofing, we added an extra layer of insulated material, ensuring the privacy and comfort of guests.
